A Cheesey Way to Start the Year

L’Espalier gives dairy its due with their monthly Cheese Tuesday. Starting at 7:00pm, the cheesy evening features a three-course dinner with wines chosen by sommelier Lauren Collins. A grand cheese tasting from fromager and maître d’ Louis Risoli follows the prix fixe menu, available for $95 per person.
