Cheese Tuesdays at L’Espalier

Get educated in all things cheese at L’Espalier‘s monthly Cheese Tuesday. Chef de Cuisine Matthew Delisle, Fromager and maître d’ Louis Risoli and sommelier Lauren C. Daddona will be rolling out a three-course dinner with wine pairings, followed by the cheesy motherlode. There’ll be guiding commentary and plenty of wine-and-cheese-related wisdom as you dig into the decadent dessert. The night starts at 7:00pm, and goes for $94 per person.
