Farm-crafted bubbles and butter get the luxury treatment at Menton on Tuesday, September 15th. Chef de cuisine Scott Jones and executive wine director Cat Silirie are joining culinary forces with Diane St. Clair of Vermont’s Animal Farm for a five-course Champagne dinner. The evening begins with a 6:30-7:30pm reception where you can sip on aperitif bubbles and nibble on canapes before the sit-down dinner. Jones has put together a decadent menu showcasing St. Clair’s hand-churned butters with dishes like Menton’s signature butter soup and Rohan duck with buttermilk. Each course comes with artisanal Champagne from small farmers in France, chosen by James Beard Award-winner Silirie. Check out the sumptuous menu below, available for $225 per person including wine, and call 617.737.0099 to make your reservation.
