Centre Street Café moves to the middle on their Italian wine-ing and dining tour. On Tuesday, March 21st, they’re celebrating Central Italy with a four-course, four-pour prix fixe menu. Chef Sean Callahan will be working on dishes that capture the essence of regional cooking from Le Marche, Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.
