Northern Italy comes to Newburyport at Ceia’s next wine dinner. On Wednesday, January 11th, the kitchen and beverage teams are collaborating to feature the wines of Nino Negri alongside a paired prix fixe menu. Four Italian courses – think: bresaola and baccala – will be matched with glasses from the Lombardy wine makers, based north of Lake Como in the Valtellina valley.
