Ceia goes très français with a wine dinner inspired by all things Gallic. On Thursday, July 21st, chef Jeremy Glover and team are offering a five-course prix fixe menu fit for French wine pairings. Courses like strip loin with potato raclette croquette and striped bass with coriander consommé will be matched with pours from wine director Mackenzie Campbell. The elegant offerings are available for $70 per person at 7:00pm and reservations can be made by calling 978.358.8112.

Arpège Egg with egg yolk, maple, rye crumb, sherry vin, roe

Strip Loin with braised tongue, bluefoot mushrooms, potato raclette croquette

Liver Mousse with roasted + sugared plum, braised cabbage, celery leaf

Cured Striped Bass with coriander consommé, radish, shungiku
