Step into the kitchen with William Kovel. Catalyst’s chef-owner shares his culinary know-how during a Saturday cooking class on February 25th. Guests will be guided through a three-course demo of dishes fit for the winter fireside (think: braising and stewing). Afterwards, they’ll get to dine on the final product with chosen wines to match.
