The sudsy summer tradition continues as dante hosts the fourth installment of Dinner on the Charles, its popular al fresco beer dinner series, on Monday, July 31st. This month’s featured brewery is Castle Island, whose beers will be paired on the patio with a three-course meal from chef Chris Jackson. The event begins with a reception at 7:00pm, and a representative from the brewery will be on hand to answer questions along the way.
