Canard’s Adam Fox at Lynn’s Blue Ox

North Shore dwellers get a crack at Canard wines, when chef-owner Matt O’Neil welcomes the winery’s own Adam Fox to the Blue Ox. On Tuesday, March 16th the beloved Lynn eatery plays host to the Napa Valley vintner, who’s known as the heart and soul of the winery. Fox and O’Neil have put their respective talents to work on a five course menu, complete with pairings. Diners will reap the rewards of the duo’s hard work with plates like octopus salad matched with the 2016 “Coucher de Soleil” Estate Rosé and rigatoni Bolognese which gets paired up with the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon. Dinner, which starts with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm, costs $88 per person (not including tax or gratuity). You can book your table by calling 781.780.5722.
