For the fourth year in a row, top Boston burger barons will man their grills and flip their patties for a chance to win Boston Magazine’s Battle of the Burger. The beefy event takes place on Wednesday, August 12th as day two of the magazine’s Cookout in celebration of their August summer dining issue (see day one’s goings-on here). The chefs were narrowed down online and cookers like Brian Dandro (ArtBar), Rodney Murillo (Davio’s), Shayne Nunes (Foundry on Elm), Nicholas Dixon (Lincoln Tavern), David Daniels (Met Back Bay), Robert Tobin (Tamo), Adriano Silva (Pier 6) and Olivier Senoussaoui (Precinct) will compete in the final 30 to see who comes out on top. Guests can head to Cruiseport Boston from 7:00-10:00pm to taste the creations and cast their vote. Tickets cost $95 each for general admission and $125 each for VIP (with early admission at 6:00pm, specialty gift bag and a private lounge with a separate bar and outdoor patio.)
