Hunker down with a hearty meal this holiday season. Bronwyn is offering a Christmas prix fixe of Eastern European specialties to keep you warm and in the spirit right up to Christmas Eve. Chef Tim Wiechmann has put together a menu of four seasonal courses inspired by Germanic tradition. Chestnut soup starts off the meal, followed by venison and juniper sausage, braised duck leg and finished with a braised Christmas bread. The wintry offerings are available for $35 per person and a sudsy beer pairing can be had for an additional $15.
