Whiskey while you work at Todd Maul’s next cocktail class. On Saturday, March 11th, the Café ArtScience owner and beverage director is turning his attention to bourbon for an hour-long exploration of the brown liquor. He’ll de-mystify the spirit with background info, tastings and tips for mixing drinks at home. Chef Brandon Baltzley will provide light bar snacks to keep appetites at bay. Class kicks off at 4:00pm and tickets are $60 each, available online here while they last.
