Whiskey while you work at Todd Maul’s next cocktail class. On Saturday, March 11th, the Café ArtScience owner and beverage director is turning his attention to bourbon for an hour-long exploration of the brown liquor. He’ll de-mystify the spirit with background info, tastings and tips for mixing drinks at home. Chef Brandon Baltzley will provide light bar snacks to keep appetites at bay.
