Sample the best of both coasts at the next Chefs Studio dinner at Tavern Road, scheduled for Friday, July 1st. Chef Louis DiBiccari welcomes Chef David Bazirgan for a homecoming dinner of sorts. Bazirgan, who has been cooking on the West Coast for some time, is a native of Newburyport and will soon be coming back to Massachusetts to run the show at Bambara in the Hotel Marlowe. Reserve your seats to get a sneak preview of what’s in store – Bazirgan and DiBiccari will be collaborating on a uniquely American, five-course meal that incorporates local goodies like Duxbury oysters, lobster, quahogs and all sorts of farm fresh foodstuffs.
