Bergamot hits a bullseye with a special ribeye offering on Sunday, August 21st. The Steak Night beefs up the regular a la carte menu with old-school style. Chef Keith Pooler and the kitchen squad get to the meat of the matter with limited 35-day, dry-aged ribeyes, served with maître d’ butter and a slew of steakhouse-y sides. You can add to your plate ($55 each) with lobster duchess potatoes, summer mushrooms, creamed corn casserole and marinated tomatoes and cucumber.
