Bergamot BBQs for the 4th

Bergamot takes a break from regular dinner service on Sunday, July 3rd to celebrate Independence Day with a one-day-only barbecue menu. Join them on site for the family-style feast which will include ‘cue (brisket, slow-cooked chopped pork and sausages) and all the accoutrements (collards, cornbread, baked beans, coleslaw, salad and soft drinks) for $35 per person. Tickets are available online here for three reservations times – 4:00, 5:30 and 7:00pm.

If you’d just as soon enjoy chef Keith Pooler’s handiwork from the comfort of your own backyard, you can pre-order takeout. Have a look at all the delicious offerings below, plan your 4th of July menu and give Bergamot a call before 4:00pm on Saturday, June 25th with your order.
