A study of Umbria proved the most popular yet in Puritan & Co.’s wine dinner series, so on Wednesday, November 4th, chefs Will Gilson and Alex Saenz are hosting an encore. Starting at 6:45pm, the multi-course menu will provide a delicious culinary backdrop for the wines of Vigneti Campanino, an all-natural Umbrian winery whose highly-allocated output means the US sees only a handful of cases each year.
