Boston pizzaioli go pie-for-pie on Monday, December 12th at Babbo’s Industry Night Pizza Throwdown. The evening starts in the bar area at 7:00pm with Prosecco and snacks for industry employees (bring a check stub!) before things heat up at the ovens. Area Four’s Jeff Pond, Coppa’s Jamie Bissonnette and Babbo’s own Mario LaPosta will do dough battle at 9:00pm to see whose pizza reigns supreme in a two-round challenge.
