Segue from summer to fall vegetables with some assistance from professional foragers Ben Maleson and Tyler Akabane, and the team at Journeyman. On Thursday, October 15th the pair will be bringing their hard-to-find wares to the hidden-in-plain-sight restaurant for a seven-course prix fixe from chef Tru Lang. Full of autumn mushrooms and other locally-foraged ingredients, the menu will be available throughout the evening for $95 per person. Tickets are available here.
