On Monday, July 25th, chef-owner Chris Douglass debuts a bourbon-infused slow-roasted pig with a slew of Southern sides and whiskey sips. For $65 per person, you can hit the patio to snack on apps and dig into the main feast, including bacon-braised greens, jalapeno cheddar cornbread, fried green tomatoes and more. A reservation entitles you to three brown liquor cocktails to accompany the eats—like the Maple Bacon Mule with candied bacon—featuring Bulleit whiskies.
