Argentina via Beacon Hill Bistro

Beacon Hill Bistro continues its global wine exploration with a stop in South America at its next wine dinner on Wednesday, April 15th. Bistro co-owner and wine guru Celia Rait invites friend and fellow wine aficionado Tracy Burgis of M.S. Walker to pair some of her favorite Argentine vintages with a four-course menu created by chef Lucas Sousa. Diners can enjoy the trio’s collaborative efforts as they get schooled in Argentina’s wine-growing regions and its most prolific grapes. Dinner, which will be at communal tables to encourage conversation, costs $65 per person not including tax or gratuity. Reservations are required and there for the taking at 617.723.7575.
