On Sunday, August 30th Red’s Restaurant and Lounge at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel welcomes members of the Boston Pops Gospel Choir and Boston Community Choir for an uplifting midday meal. Led by Dr. Dennis Slaughter, Gospel Brunch by the Sea starts at 12:30pm. As you nourish your artistic soul, you can tuck into specialties like chicken and waffles, catfish and decadent desserts from Chef Daniel Kenney’s southern-style brunch menu. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased at Eight Cousins Book Store (located at 189 Main Street in Falmouth) or online here. All of the event’s proceeds will go towards serving underprivileged children and families of Falmouth and beyond via the PL 1 Drop Foundation. It’s a feel-good day full of good eats. Don’t miss it.
