Spring is in bloom at Central Bistro—on Tuesday, April 18th, they’re hosting the greenery gurus of Alice’s Table for a how-to on floral arranging. The Sunflowers & Springtime Spritzers class starts at 6:00pm with a bubbly cocktail demonstration (and tasting!) from the bar team. Guests will then switch from stemware to stems as the hostess leads the group through the art of composing a floral piece starring sunflowers. All the essentials – flowers, vases, tools and aprons – will be provided, though attendees are encouraged to wear clothes they don’t mind getting soiled (gardening pun intended). Tickets are $65 each online here and class should run one to two hours.
