Batten down the hatches and head to Brewster for Chillingsworth’s annual Sea to Shore Pirate Dinner on Saturday, July 18th. Start the swashbuckling with sparkling wine and raw bar from Brewster Oysters & Lobster on the lawn before moving inside and for dinner. Chef Nitzi Rabin will keep the sea-fare coming with a tasting menu full of local seafood and produce. Say “argh” (that’s Pirate for “yes, right?) to the all-American wine list curated just for the occasion by Peter Mondavi’s Charles Krug though rest assured, like any good pirate party, it’ll have rum: Great White Rum, in fact, a classic pirate drink. Guest of honor Barry Clifford, the modern-day pirate ship hunter, will be on hand to talk about his adventures. Make your reservation by calling Chillingsworth at 508.896.3640 and don’t miss out on the booty (pirate’s that is).
