The treasure of the mushroom world gets a whole menu to itself with L’Espalier’s truffle dinner on Wednesday, December 2nd. Chef Frank McClelland and team have partnered with New York’s Urbani Truffles to bring six luxurious courses to the table. Dishes like sea scallops in Burgundy truffle jus and braised oxtail ragout with Perigord truffles will be paired with equally elegant wines. The dinner begins at 7:00pm and costs $250 per person.
