8th Annual Oyster Festival

The world is your oyster at Legal Seafoods’ 8th annual Oyster Festival. For a whole month, from Thursday, September 15th to Wednesday, October 12th, outposts of the fish-focused eatery will be bringing out the best bivalves they can get their hands on, all gussied up in special festival preparations that’ll be available for the duration. You can have your oysters fried (with buffalo, BBQ or sriracha lime), baked (with lobster spinach, crab and cheese, or chorizo butter), or stewed (with leeks, cream and herbs). And of course you can have ’em straight up on the half shell; there’ll be more than fifteen varieties from near (Barnstable) and far (Washington).
