On Friday, April 21st, Concord’s 80 Thoreau counts their sixth restaurant birthday. To celebrate, they’re offering dinner guests a special four-course menu from chef Carolyn Johnson. Foie gras custard, grilled venison and more will be available for $65 per person with seasonal spring produce like rhubarb, peas, morels and asparagus. For dessert? Birthday cake, of course. Plus, the team will be pulling out some of their favorite wines for an optional pairing line-up ($50 per person).
