28 Degrees Does a December Wine Dinner

The two chefs of 28 Degrees team up to prepare a number (four, to be precise) of delicious courses for their upcoming wine dinner, planned for Wednesday, December 8th. Jonathan Sargent and William Kovel get things started with a classic combination – bivalves and bubbles – and follow it up with east coast halibut with Maine crab and truffle fondue; filet of beef with parsley-garlic puree, mushrooms and pommes Dauphine. The menu, which wraps up with another classic (apple strudel and vanilla ice cream), is priced at $58 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
