Over the Alps with Bondir

Bondir changes its colors (and its cuisine) on Tuesday, February 3rd with a one-night Italian pasta pop-up. Chef de cuisine Brendan Joy will cross the Alps with a four-course, prix fixe pasta menu as the restaurant transforms from Bondir (French for “to jump”) to Avventarse (Italian for “to jump”). The kitchen will stick to its philosophy of local, sustainable ingredients with dishes like nduja tortelli verde and veal and saffron lasagnette.
