Burrito Bowl IV

Poe’s Kitchen puts the bean in Beantown with their Burrito Bowl IV on Saturday, January 31st. The pre-Super Bowl culinary competition runs from 1:00-3:30pm on the eve of the big day and pits local chefs against one another in burrito bowl feats until a victor arises. Will it be Taranta’s Jose Duarte, Tico’s Leo Asaro, Poe’s own Uri Abragimovich, Ashmont Grill’s Chris Douglass or one of the other competing chefs? Attendees get to cast their vote on the bean creations, inspired by the city of each chef’s favorite NFL team. Tom O’Keefe of @BostonTweet and Zagat Boston editor Scott Kearnan will play referee if things get rowdy. This is one Bowl where Boston always wins and tickets are available for $26.52 (with handling fee) online.
