By order of the US Congress, September is Bourbon Heritage Month, where Americans take time to reflect on the importance of America’s Native Spirit. In honor of this honor, M.C. Spiedo is serving a Bourbon Maker’s Dinner on Tuesday, September 30th. Chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier have partnered with Angel’s Envy Spirits to prepare a six-course meal incorporating the iconic American whiskey. Look for some amazing dishes like smoked duck with red onion bourbon jam, and whole roasted suckling pig porchetta with mustard green salad, sausage and cremona apple mustard.
