Adelsheim Wines on the Water

Oregon wine fans will be interested to know that one of the pioneers of the Pacific Northwest’s wine industry will be making an appearance at Legal Harborside. On Tuesday, September 30th, David Adelsheim, co-founder and president of Adelsheim Vineyard, will be on-hand at the waterfront restaurant for a four-course dinner designed by Executive Chef Rich Vellante. Adelsheim, who opened his winery in 1971 and was instrumental in the formation of Oregon’s burgeoning wine industry. He’ll be pairing selections from his portfolio with each course so diners will get to experience them first hand and learn directly from the vintner about winemaking process and the nuances of running a vineyard.
