Rialto’s Root to Shoot Spotlights Summer Veggies

Wrapping up Rialto’s summer long al fresco dinner series, chef Brian Rae turns his attention toward late summer vegetables at Root to Shoot on Thursday, August 7th. Rae, who’ll be manning the grill as he prepares this five-course meal out on the restaurant’s terrace, will also be chatting with guests and answering questions along the way. Beverage Director Young Won has also created cocktail pairing using local favorite Bonnie’s Jams (they’re calling them “jam-tails”). Tickets for the dinner, which starts at 6:30pm, run $75 apiece (included in the price: dinner, beverage pairings, tax and gratuity but not processing fees).
