Chef-owner Jason Bond, of both Bondir and Bondir Concord, is taking a little road trip to Stonewall Cooking School in York, Maine on Sunday, August 24th. Head north yourself to catch him in action at the interactive lesson in scratch cooking, Cooking From Our Garden with Bondir. For the tutorial, which runs from 11:30am to 1:00pm, Bond will be using only fresh ingredients as he walks attendees through the components of an intricate and delicious meal they can recreate at home. The class, which costs $45 per person, wraps up with the chance to sit down to lunch with Bond.
