Paul Jaboulet Aine Wine Dinner

Bistro du Midi continues its Wine Dinner Series on Wednesday, July 23rd at 6:00pm when it spotlights the wines of La Maison Paul Jaboulet Aine. Executive Chef Robert Sisca and Head Sommelier Todd Lipmanwill present a five course tasting menu along with wine pairings from the nearly 200 year old Rhone estate. Lipman will host the event along with his special guest Bret Marcy, from importer Frederick Wildman, who will be able to share his prodigious knowledge of the production of these wines.
