Chefs Collaborate at West Bridge

When chefs collaborate beautiful things happen, and the second annual Chefs Collaborative dinner at West Bridge will be no exception. On Sunday, October 5th Chef Matthew Gaudet will be hosting the dinner, celebrating the area’s culinary heritage, indigenous ingredients and the plethora of talented chefs that call New England home. Guests will get to sample food from chefs Josh Smith of Moody’s DelicatessenEvan Hennessey of Stages, Matt Louis of Moxy, James Mark of North, and Cara Stadler of Tao Yuan. The dim sum style party will take place both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting!). Although the menu hasn’t been set yet there’s talk of live action stations in the dining room where guests can watch the chefs in action and mingle while sipping cocktails. The fun begins at 4:00 and goes until 9:00pm meaning you can head into the work week on a high note. Tickets are $65 each and can be purchased here.
