Island Creek Oyster Bar unveils Vine Masters, their new event series that’s designed with the breed of bookish foodies in mind. The brainchild of General Manager Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli, Vine Masters will feature notable authors from the beverage world sharing some of their expertise over a multi-course meal with attendees and host chef Jeremy Sewall. The first installment is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28th and will see PUNCH editor-in-chief and the author of Sherry: A Modern Guide to the Wine World’s Best-Kept Secret, with Cocktails and Recipes, Talia Baiocchi, who’ll be on hand to share her beverage knowledge and answer questions about her book.
