Root Vegetables for Everyone

In honor of National Food Day, Chef Carolyn Johnson’s getting back to her roots with a four-course prix fixe at 80 Thoreau. Designed in conjunction with the Concord Food Network, the menu is chock full of underground-growing veggies like beets, rutabaga, parsnips and carrots. Book a table between Tuesday, October 21st through Friday, October 24th, to enjoy these end-of-the-season goodies before winter gets here. It’s just $45 per person, not including tax or tip.
