Sel de la Terre Unveils Mini Burger Monday Menu

Slip into a seat at Sel de la Terre's Boylston Street bar between 5:00 and 7:00pm on an upcoming Monday night to order your fill of sliders from the Mini Burger Monday menu. Even though he's working on a slightly smaller scale, chef Louis Dibicccari still finds plenty of room to get creative, topping his tasty, diminutive little treats with marinated mushrooms, cilantro pesto, almonds and pickles. Of course, he also appeals to burger purists with a more basic version topped with Vermont cheddar, house smoked bacon and spicy aioli. At $2 each you can try them all in one sitting.
