Eat Your Way to Salvation at Sel de la Terre

Indulge your darker side at Sel de la Terre's upcoming Seven Deadly Sins Dinner Series. Starting on Sunday, July 11th chef Louis DiBiccari and company will be exploring the cardinal sins from culinary perspective - clever three-course menus priced at $35 per person. In DiBiccari's hands wrath is transformed into deliciousness like fluke crudo with habañero pickled cipollinis and mint; rock Cornish game hen under a brick with chili compressed watermelon a la plancha and rosemary potatoes; and chocolate with cayenne, smoked sea salt and almonds.
