Miel’s Provence Yoga Breakfast

Do something good for yourself - spend the summer doing waterfront yoga and eating delicious morning treats at the Intercontinental Boston. Every Saturday beginning June 5th and ending September 4th (weather permitting), the hotel will host a complimentary morning yoga session on the waterfront terrace amongst the lavender and lemons. After which you can recharge and replenish at Miel where chef Devanand Chinta will offer his flexible diners a special Provence Yoga Breakfast chock full of delicious and good for you dishes. The morning yoga, which runs from 8:00am to 9:00am, is free and the breakfast costs only $20 per person - so not only will your body, mind and stomach be happy, but your wallet will be too. Reservations aren't necessary but you can always give them a call at 617.217.5151 for more information.
