Regatta of Cotuit's Cooking Classes

Starting January 12th Regatta of Cotuit chef-owner Weldon Fizell hosts a series of five weekly cooking classes (5:00-7:00pm on Tuesdays January 12th, 19th, 26th and February 2nd and 9th, $300) as well as an individual class exploring the pleasures of risotto (11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, January 16th, $50) and a two-part series on cakes, which covers baking, frosting and decorating (11:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays, January 30th and February 6th).
