The folks at Blue Ginger are mixing things up a little bit - forsaking the basic wine dinner for a special sake dinner scheduled for Monday, February 8th. Chef-owner Ming Tsai, chef Jonathon Taylor and pastry chef Michele Fadden are once again putting their private dining room to good use, working their east meets west magic on four tasty courses. See which rice wines get paired with ahi tuna and hamachi sashimi, and sake-tamari braised veal osso bucco with maitake mushrooms. The fun, which begins at 6:30pm, costs $85 per person inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations must be on the books before Thursday, February 4th, so call 781.283.5790 x18 or send an email to bluegingerevents@ming.com if you want in.
